First, the pros: Waitress was extremely nice and courteous. The place is exceptionally clean and we'll kept. Their blooming onion was better than Outback. I could eat five of them. And the cons: The food, while it was okay, is just that; okay. The onion was the star. Everything else served was simply "meh." We will most likely give it a second chance because everyone and every restaurant has an off day. But for this visit it was not good and not bad. Just okay.

I've been here about 5 times now since they have opened, and I've never had a problem with anything they have served. The French fries are especially tasty. I'm not a big steak eater, so I can't really say much about the steaks, but the friend catfish, grilled chicken, and smoked chicken are all great. I think the mashed potatoes today were instant (which is fine for me because I like those too), but I could see someone complaining about that. They still tasted great. Salad bar was fresh and tea is good. I'll be back again.

Second time there.,the first 2 requested items off the Menu were not,available. The 3rd,was literally a,compromise. It was grilled shrimp. While on a,skewer brought to,the table,with nothing,to,at,least make,them,look,better than,little,pink,and white pieces of,meat. No melted garlic butter ( had,to,d Secure the server to,please provide some). Its,a,remote market. It is marketed as an up,scale market. But frankly,the little dinner,down,the road,has much,better food and,whatever I,asked,for they had available to,prepare. Look,its,a,nice,place,but frankly they,need to,stick,to,food quality and good,atmosphere. Right now I dont,think they k,ow where to,fit.

Woody's is good. Had a nice ribeye steak cooked just how it was ordered. I would give 5 stars but am holding one back due to the whipped mystery spread they serve instead of butter. 48% vegetable oil leaving 52% of who knows what. Get some real butter Woody!
